Man accused of killing 3-year-old boy in Boonville prison
A man in jail on drug charges is now accused of killing a Boonville boy.
Jerry Penticuff is in prison in Boonville for selling drugs.
Police in Nevada said they’re filing new charges in the death of 3-year-old Ethan Warner.
Warner went to the hospital last fall when his mother came home and found burns on her child that were apparently caused by hot water.
Warner was flown to a Kansas City hospital where he died four days later.
