Saturday Snow Update

Latest forecast models show the track of the highest moisture with this winter storm farther south and move it through faster. Updated forecast snow amounts of 4-6″ have shifted south of I-70 with up to 6″ snow possible near I-44.

Snow will quickly accumulate through Saturday afternoon and evening before tapering off late tonight. By 10 p.m. Saturday, snow accumulation of 1-3″ is expected with higher amounts south of I-70. There will likely be a lull in precipitation late tonight with a few snow showers developing Sunday morning, ending by early afternoon.
