Second suspect arrested in Columbia burglary
A broken down car helped Columbia Police catch a second suspect in a recent burglary.
28-year-old James Herman is charged with felony stealing.
Police told ABC 17 News they arrested Herman Tuesday night after stopping a vehicle that was having car trouble.
They said Herman had an outstanding felony warrant out of Kansas City.
In a search of the car, police found items that had been stolen from a home last Thursday.
Herman later admitted to stealing the items with Brock Hockman, who was arrested last Thursday.
