Three arrested after Holts Summit meth bust

Three people were arrested Monday after a search warrant revealed a meth operation in Holts Summit.

The Callaway County Sheriff’s Department, Holts Summit Police, and MUSTANG Drug Task Force searched a home at 499 Perry Drive and found meth, marijuana, prescription pills, and drug paraphernalia.

They also found packaging materials, digital scales, and smoking devices.

38-year-old Bradley Higgins was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, in addition to two outstanding felony warrants for probation violations related to possession and intent to distribute marijuana.

His bond was set at $9,000.

37-year-old Joann Rutherford and 50-year-old Paula Wilbers were arrested for possession of methamphetamine with a bond set at $4,500 each.
