Three arrested following Jefferson City drug bust

Three people were arrested Friday morning following a search warrant involving the MUSTANG Drug Task Force and Jefferson City Police SWAT team.

Investigators searched a home in the 1000 block of Buena Vista Street.

25-year-old Jamario Blanchard was arrested for a felony warrant out of Illinois for selling cocaine and assault, as well as possession of a controlled substance.

27-year-old Anthony Talton Jr. was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, and 34-year-old Eddie Ross was arrested for possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All three suspects are from Jefferson City.

Another adult and two young children were at home during the search warrant.
