Suspect turns himself in after shooting
A suspect in a Columbia shooting has turned himself in.
Police say Devin Jackson was actually a victim in the January 4th shooting in the 5000 block of Silver Mill Drive.
Jackson suffered a gunshot wound to the wrist. Another teen was killed.
During the investigation officers observed a video showing Jackson had a weapon in his hand during the disturbance. Police say also on video Jackson can be seen firing the gun.
A warrant request was submitted for Jackson for unlawful use.
Earlier this month Stone Midgyett was also arrested in the case for involuntary manslaughter.
