Columbia Walmart worker accused of stealing gift cards
A Walmart employee in Columbia is now facing possible charges, after he is accused of taking cash from customers.
Police claim Mario Lawson processed a person’s return, but instead of giving them a gift card with the money on it, he gave them back a blank one.
Lawson works at the Walmart on Grindstone Parkway, but reportedly used the stolen gift card at a different location.
