Man accused of Jefferson City arson appears in court
A man accused of setting fire to a Jefferson City sporting goods store appeared in court for a case review Wednesday.
Kurt Steidley was found guilty last January of setting Everharts Outdoor on fire in 2011.
His attorney argued for a new trial due to a disclosure violation in the original trial.
The judge then granted a new trial, which is scheduled for April 20.
