CoMo Entertainment owner Ben Bradley pays former employee

There’s some possible hope for customers and employees who are owed money by CoMo Entertainment owner Ben Bradley.

Court records show Bradley paid a former employee $1,000 on Wednesday, who filed a lawsuit against Bradley and won.

The payment came less than 24 hours after a story aired where Bradley said everyone had been paid.

ABC 17 News got a hold of the document that is dated January 14, 2015. It said the claim has been satisfied in full.

This is the first document that ABC 17 News has obtained that shows Bradley has paid someone who is owed money.

This comes after months of following up with Columbia Party Bus customers who claim they paid for services they never received, and former employees of Whiskey Wild who said they were never paid.

ABC 17 News reached out to other employees who have talked to our reporter in the past, but they said they are still owed money as of Wednesday night.

Bradley is due back in court next Wednesday for a hearing on a felony charge for passing bad checks.
