1-month-old Hartville baby found safe, suspects arrested

A 1-month-old Hartville baby boy was found safe and suspects arrested Wednesday night.

Takoda Wolfe was reportedly abducted from 4745 Highway E in Hartville at around 11:00 a.m. by 48-year-old William Wolfe Jr. and 38-year-old Terracotta Warren.

Both suspects were taken into custody.

Warren was driving a a 2-door black Pontiac Grand AM with Missouri license plate number WJ7D9c.
