Man killed in Jefferson City crash

A Cole County man is dead after a Tuesday morning crash in Jefferson City.

Just after 1 a.m. police responded to the 1900 block of Missouri Boulevard for a crash involving serious injuries.

Investigators say Brad Roark, 36, was found unresponsive. They say Roark was travelling westbound when he left the roadway and hit a tree causing significant damage on the driver’s side door.

Police say Roark was not wearing his seat belt.
