A chilly week ahead
Arctic high pressure has moved into the region for the start of our week. High temperatures will reach the mid-to-upper 20s Monday and Tuesday. Wind chill values, what it will actually feel like, will only be in the teens both days.
On Tuesday night another cold front will move through Mid-Missouri. This will bring a few flurries to northern parts of the area along with even colder air. Highs on Wednesday will struggle to reach 10 and wind chills will be around 10 below zero through the day. Wednesday night lows will fall to near zero.
Temperatures will then rebound back into the low 20s for Thursday. Temperatures will gradually warm back into the low 30s by the end of next weekend.
