Falling temperatures this weekend
High temperatures on Friday reached 60 degrees in Columbia, well above our average of 39. More seasonable weather is on the way for the coming week however. A cold front will move into Mid-Missouri Friday evening bringing spotty rain and colder air.
A few showers will linger into Saturday, but rain will taper off early Saturday evening. Temperatures will start in the low 40s Saturday morning, but drop into the upper 30s for the afternoon. Along with falling afternoon temperatures a breezy northwesterly wind will cause it to feel much colder. Wind chill values Saturday afternoon will be near 30.
