Big Horn Drive closed next week to fix bridge
The Route 50 bridge over Big Horn Drive west of Jefferson City suffered damage in October when a truck hauling a loader hit the girders.
Emergency repair work will close Big Horn Drive beginning at 8:00 a.m. next Monday through 7 p.m. next Tuesday.
Drivers are suggested to access Route 50 via Horner Road or Old Lohman Road to South Country Club Drive.
The eastbound passing lane on the Route 50 bridge is currently closed while repairs are being made. The lane will continue to be closed until the repairs are done in late December.
