Moberly man arrested following standoff
A Moberly man is in custody following a standoff Sunday night.
54-year-old Scott Halley barricaded himself in a home in the 100 block of South 5th Street.
Police were at the scene for about an hour, and no injuries have been reported.
Halley was charged with 2nd degree burglary, 3rd degree domestic assault, disturbing the peace, tampering with a victim, and resisting arrest.
