Columbia police find shell casings near businesses on North Boulevard

Columbia police said Sunday they found several shell casings at the Eighth Street and North Boulevard intersection behind Club Vogue and near the Thirsty Turtle bar.

Officers responded to calls for shots fired in the area just before 3 a.m. Sunday.

Several shell casings were collected, but police said they’re not sure if they were from one weapon or multiple weapons.

There is no suspect information.
