Three injured in Jefferson City crash

Three people were injured Friday follwing a crash involving two cars on Highway 50 West at Missouri Jefferson City.

46-year-old Michael Strait of St. James was driving east on Highway 50 in a 2005 Ford Expedition approaching Missouri Boulevard when a 1993 Chevy Cavalier traveling west on 50 turned left into Strait’s path.

69-year-old Paul Coulter, who was driving the Cavalier, was driving with a passenger, 47-year-old Steven Hagner. Neither Coulter or Hagner were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
