Fire damages apartment clubhouse

The clubhouse of an Ashland apartment complex suffered fire damage Thursday morning.

Around 5:30 a.m. Southern Boone County firefighters were called out to the 200 block of Church Street for a report of a fire.

While the fire did do some damage no one was injured.

Investigators are still looking for a cause.
