Home invasion robbery suspects still on the loose
Police were called to the 3300 block of Premier Lane off of Brown Station Road in north Columbia around 4:30 Thursday morning.
Victims said three armed men broke down their front door yelling, “Police! Police!”
A female victim said the men went upstairs and grabbed her three children and brought them downstairs.
They lined her sister, kids and her alongside a bed and demanded money at gunpoint.
She said a man then threatened to shoot her children while the other suspects pistol-whipped her fiance.
She said the men left after her fiance called 911, and they heard police were dispatched to their home.
They took spare keys to their apartment, cars and the man’s workplace.
She said they hosted a birthday party for one of their children recently, and people from the neighborhood were in and out of their home that whole day.
She said she believes the men had been in her house prior to the home invasion.
No one suffered life threatening injuries.
