California man killed in Tuesday crash

A California man was killed in a Tuesday afternoon crash on Highway 50 near Business 50 West in Moniteau County.

56-year-old Paul Forbis was killed when his Buick Rendezvous crossed the center line and hit a diesel tractor driven by 48-year-old Kevin Sheets of Versailles.

Forbis was pronounced dead at the scene, and Sheets was taken to Capital Region in Jefferson City by ambulance with moderate injuries.
