Search continues for missing Mid-Missouri woman

Emergency responders continued a search Monday for a missing woman west of Camdenton, after she walked off the night before.

The Camden County Sheriff’s department got a call around 8 p.m. Sunday. Kathleen Rogers, 53, had wandered into the woods behind her home. K-9 units and members from the Osage Beach Search and Rescue Team were out until 3 a.m. Monday. But they had to stop out of safety concerns, including rough terrain and poor visibility.

Rogers is 5’6″, 165 lbs with blue eyes. She was last seen wearing sandals, a brown, flower-printed shirt, and blue capri pants with a white stripe. Anyone who sees her is asked to call their local law enforcement.
