Mid-Missouri man gets life plus 100 years for killing girlfriend in 2010
A Mid-Missouri man was sentenced to life without parole plus 100 years after killing his girlfriend, Kinga Gillibrand, in 2010.
43-year-old Terry Fritz, of Meta, was found guilty of first-degree murder and armed criminal action back in April. His case was moved from Maries County to Texas County on a change of venue. Fritz also chose to represent himself during his trial.
Kinga Gillibrand was shot multiple times and was also pregnant. Five months later, her body was found by a hunter in the area near County Road 215.
