Man leads police on foot chase in Columbia
Columbia police took a man into custody after he led officers on a foot chase Monday night.
It started as a traffic stop at Towne Drive and Clark Lane. At one point, the driver ran off, but he was later caught.
Police arrested Roy Andrews for having synthetic marijuana and a revoked driver’s license.
Roy is still being held in the Boone County Jail.
