Suspects captured on video disposing of body in landfill
Court documents reveal a suspect in the homicide investigation for Christopher Cray were seen on surveillance video disposing of a body believed to be Cray at the Allied Waste landfill in Jefferson City.
Christopher Cray was last seen since on May 20th.
Two suspects, Adam Moore-Duncan and Richard Love, were arrested in the case for tampering with evidence and tampering with a witness.
Adam Moore-Duncan was arrested last week for allegedly hiding Cray’s body when policewere looking for him last month.
According to court documents filed last Thursday and released Tuesday, Moore-Duncan and another suspect took a trash bin from a home on 403 Boonville Road and were seen on surveillance video at the landfill two days after Cray went missing, on the morning of May 22.
The probable cause statement said the body was placed in a blue trash bin and was disposed of at the customer self-serve drop off at the landfill.
The investigation revealed that trash bin was reported missing from 403 Boonville Road.
The other suspect who went to the landfill with Moore-Duncan claimed they didn’t know there was a body in the trash bin.
Multiple Mid-Missouri authorities have been searching the landfill since last week.
ABC 17 News reported last week that a neighbor of Richard Love said he had a roommate that was arrested on the same day as him.
ABC 17 News confirmed Tuesday that Shuntell Miller is being held on a high bond for drug charges, but is now considered another suspect in the case.
Miller is charged with felony drug possession and is being held on a $150,000 bond.
