Jefferson City man federally charged for heroin

A Jefferson City man was indicted by a federal grand jury Wednesday for distributing heroin.

36-year-old Brian Boykin, also known as “Denormus Okain” or “B”, was charged in a 3 count indictment.

That indictment said Boykin allegedly distributed heroin on 2 separate occasions in Cole County in November.

Boykin was also charged with one count of possessing heroin with intent to distribute in February 2013.
