Mizzou Sports Wrap April 26th

Softball:

The No. 3 Florida Gators tied the series with the No. 15 Missouri Tigers after a 9-5 win Saturday afternoon. The Tigers scored all four of their runs in the first inning. Then the Gators went on a nine run streak to beat Mizzou.

Baseball:

Saturday afternoon the Missouri baseball team got shut out by the No. 6 Florida gators 5-0 clinching the series. Mizzou turned a season-high five double plays in the loss while senior Dillion Evertt recorded the Tiger’s only hit with a double.

Pitcher Eric Anderson left the game after 3.1 innings pitched with elbow tightness.
