Missouri Sports Wrap April 12th
Softball:
The No. 16 Missouri softball team clinched the weekend series against No. 20 ranked Auburn with a win Saturday night 8-7. Two early home runs by Mackenzie Sykes with two final inning shutouts pitched by Alora Marble helped Mizzou get the edge.
Baseball:
Saturday at No. 15 Kentucky shut out Missouri 12-0. Over the fifth and sixth innings the Wildcats gained momentum with 9 runs scored in the sixth. Tigers fall to 16-17 on the season; 5-9 in SEC games.
