Police investigate cause of Holts Summit trailer fire
ABC 17 News has learned more details about a fire that destroyed a trailer home late Friday afternoon north of Jefferson City. It happened off Summit Drive in Holts Summit around 3 p.m.
Police detectives told ABC 17 News the blaze was suspicious enough to launch an investigation.
Officers were going door-to-door questioning people in the area, but the exact cause remains unknown. The state fire marshal later arrived on scene.
Residents were not home at the time.
