Costales takes Jefferson City Council seat

After election results came in Tuesday night, they revealed an upset win for a seat on the Jefferson City council, one day after members decided to reject both plans for a conference center.

Cole County ballots revealed Glen Costales will take the Ward 4 City Council seat in Jefferson City.

Costales beat Carrie Tergin 537 votes to her 490.
