Police identify suspect in Columbia shooting

Police have now identified a suspect from a central Columbia shooting. Investigators said on Thursday Limetro Wiltz, 21, is wanted in connection to the crime, and he could be armed and dangerous.

Officers found several shell casings near the Housing Authority office on Switzler and Trinity December 3. They think the violence could be tied to a string of disturbances.

Wiltz is 5’4″ tall and about 130 pounds. He is accused of first-degree assault, armed criminal action, and unlawful possession of a firearm. His bond amount is $300,000.
