Osage Beach police looking for man using stolen credit cards

The Osage Beach Police Department is looking for a man suspected of stealing credit cards and checks from golf courses.

Sgt. Arlyne Page says the male suspect has stolen credit and debit cards, checks and IDs from vehicles at golf courses in Leawood, Kan. and Warrensburg, Mo.

The suspect then stole items from a golf course in the Cole Camp area.

According to police, the suspect has used the cards and checks at several department stores in Versailles, Eldon and Osage Beach.

Police say he is a tanned white male with light-colored eyes and brown short hair. He is believed to be driving a 4-door sedan and was last seen wearing casual golf attire and a white baseball hat with a logo.
