Police are searching for man in connection with suspicious death

Amanda Glisson, 29, was found dead in her home Saturday. The death was called suspicious because it appeared she had been beaten.

Glisson’s husband, Albert Glisson, admitted to hitting his wife, but said that he did not kill her.

Cole County Prosecuting Attorney Mark Richardson said the autopsy showed no signs that the criminal act caused her death.

Glisson is being charged with domestic assault and endangering the welfare of his two children whom court documents say he made change their mother’s bed, cloths and feed her.

Currently, police are looking for him for further questioning.
