Fulton police called out to disturbance with sword

Fulton police were called out to a disturbance in which the weapon was a sword.

Police were called out around 9 p.m. Sunday to 211 S. Ravine Street. When they got on scene police came in contact with a man holding a sword and took him into custody.

The man was identified as Adam Lairmore. Police believe Lairmore had threatened two family members with the sword and damaged some doors and windows with the weapon.

Lairmore was arrested on several charges and is being held in the Callaway County Jail on a $30,000 bond.
