Florida man caught in stolen car in Boone County
A Florida man is caught in Boone County driving a stolen car filled with stolen goods.
Joseph Vance was arrested Wednesday night.
He was stopped while driving on I-70 near the 130 mile marker.
A license plate reader tipped deputies off that the car was stolen from Lincoln, Nebraska.
They also found items in the car that were also allegedly stolen.
