Police identify second north Columbia shooting suspect

Police have identified a second suspect in Wednesday’s shooting at Texas and Garth avenues.

The Columbia Police Department is searching for 22-year-old Moises Rodrigo Guillen, who will be arrested on charges of armed criminal action, first-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

Guillen is described as a Hispanic male, 5’11” tall and 175 pounds. Police say he has numerous tattoos, with the most visible tattoos a “C” in front of his left ear and a cross on the back of his right hand.

Police say Guillen should be considered armed and dangerous.
