Boil advisory issued near the Lake of the Ozarks
The Ozark Shores Water Company has issued a boil advisory for customers living near the Village of Four Seasons.
Residents living along Cherokee Road and tributaries northeast of the Cherokee Road and Linn Creek Road intersection are under the boil advisory.
The utility company says a water main was damaged by a contractor working in the area.
Service has since been restored, but customers may notice some water discoloration until the utility company flushes the main lines.
Customers should boil their water prior to use and turn off ice makers.
