Mizzou announces non-conference schedule, loses assistant coach

The Missouri Tiger basketball team revealed its entire 2013-14 non-conference schedule Monday. No times or television assignments have been set yet for these games:

Nov. 8 SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA Columbia, Mo.

Nov. 12 SOUTHERN ILLINOIS Columbia, Mo.

Nov. 16 Hawaii Kansas City, Mo. (Sprint Center)

Nov. 23/25 TBA (Las Vegas Invitational Regional Rounds) Columbia, Mo.

Nov. 28 Northwestern/Nevada Las Vegas, Nev.

Nov. 29 Northwestern/Nevada Las Vegas, Nev.

Dec. 5 WEST VIRGINIA Columbia, Mo.

Dec. 7 UCLA Columbia, Mo.

Dec. 15 WESTERN MICHIGAN Columbia, Mo.

Dec. 21 Illinois – Bud Light Braggin’ Rights Game St. Louis, Mo. (Scottrade Center)

Dec. 28 at North Carolina State Raleigh, N.C.

Jan. 4 LONG BEACH STATE Columbia, Mo.

Head coach Frank Haith also confirmed Monday that assistant coach Rick Carter is no longer a member of the staff. Gabe DeArmond of PowerMizzou.com was the first to report Carter’s departure.

Carter worked only one season in Columbia under Haith.
