Traffic stop leads to drug arrests

A traffic stop led deputies to arrest two people for drug possession Wednesday night.

A deputy stopped a car for a license plate violation on Hogan Drive at St. Charles Road. It was determined that the driver, Kraig Greene, was on parole for drug trafficking.

A K9 dog at the scene detected something in the car, and deputies say they found marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy pills, unknown pills and digital scales.

Greene and his passenger, Crystal Miller, were both arrested for distribution of a controlled substance.
