Teens Accused of Officer Attack

***UPDATE SUNDAY 11 P.M.***18-year-old Dillon Johnson was being held Sunday on $70,000 bond for the Friday officer assault and for drug possession. Johnson had been charged with Distributing or Delivering less than five grams of Marijuana and Assault Law Enforcement 2nd Degree.***ORIGINAL STORY***An 18 year old Huntsville man was in jail Saturday accused of stealing from a house, then attacking the responding officer in Moberly.Cops said in a news released that the unnamed man matched a description for theft call on South 4th Street just before 5:30 p.m. Friday. When the officer approached the suspect, he assaulted and injured the officer. That cop was treated at a local hospital and later released.The man was taken to jail with $10,000 bond.Two other Huntsville teens were also arrested for helping the man. They were released back to their parents Friday night.
