A Columbia teen currently has a warrant for his arrest after failing to make a court date.Marquez Marshall was first taken into police custody last fall, after allegedly assaulting a teacher in the parking lot at Jefferson Junior High.Investigators claim he approached her and asked for her car keys. But when she refused, Marshall allegedly punched her in the face.Prosecutors told ABC 17 News Marshall has missed at least one court appearance.
