Police Called Back to Quail

***UPDATE 11:30 A.M.***Police say during the argument, Paul Powell pulled out a handgun and held it up to the victim. Officers say Powell did not use the gun in a “threatening manner.”Powell was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon. His bond is set at $4,500.***ORIGINAL STORY***Columbia police were called Monday night to a neighborhood where officers have spent a fair amount of time in recent months because of violence.This latest call was for a disturbance on Quail Drive, which officers determined to be an argument between two roommates.Paul Powell, 51, was arrested when police say they found he had a gun. He is facing a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
