New Prosecutor Named in Mid-MO

A new prosecutor was officially named in Montgomery County Thursday. Gov. Nixon chose Nathan Carroz to lead the department, after serving as interim prosecuting attorney since December.Carroz first joined the office as the assistant prosecuting attorney in 2011. Carroz is Republican and got his law degree at the University Of Missouri School of Law.”I am pleased to appoint him to continue to serve the people of this county as their new prosecuting attorney,” said Gov. Nixon.
