3/21: Thursday’s Snow
A storm system passing to our south will bring some snow to western and southwestern Missouri Thursday through Friday morning. A band of snow will move in to far western Missouri Thursday morning, sliding east and southeast through the afternoon. There will be a sharp drop off in precipitation to the north and east of the snow due to dry air in place. Areas south of HWY 50 could see some snow in the afternoon. Areas farther north will stay dry until late Thursday night when some light snow showers are possible through Friday morning. Accumulations of 1-2 inches are possible in the Lake of the Ozarks region through early Friday.
