2/9: Wind Advisory Sunday

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for areas in Mid-Missouri mainly northwest of HWY 54. As showers and storms exit the region by midday Sunday, southerly winds will be increasing through the afternoon. Southwest winds will be sustained around 25 mph with occassional gusts up to 45 mph possible.Any outdoor furniture furniture or objects should be fastened to the ground or tied down and motorists on west-east roads like I-70 should take extra precaution.
