Boonville home on Riverside Drive suffers extensive damage after fire

Boonville’s fire chief says when crews arrived at the home heavy flames were showing.
No one was home at the time and there were no injuries.
There is extensive damage as half of the home was burned.
Investigators are still looking into a cause, but say it doesn’t appear suspicious.

Boonville firefighters were called to a home on Riverside Drive early Friday for reports of a fire.
At this point there are no reports of any injuries or the extent of any damage.
Investigators have been called in.
