Three Armed Men Break Into Home
Three armed men broke into Columbia student housing Wednesday night. The suspects forced their way into an apartment in the downtown Brookside development off 10th Street. The men were wearing masks, and police claim the victims are being less than cooperative.ABC 17 News spoke with one of the victims, who said the robber held a gun to his head.Neighbors called police after they saw people with weapons running from the scene. No shots were fired during the incident.It is the 13th home invasion in Mid-Missouri since August. Investigators are not sure if the latest crime is connected to any of the others.
