Power Restored in Fulton

The power has been restored to Fulton after a circuit problem at the Fulton State Hospital.Electricity was cut to more than 700 people on Tuesday. Some residents were in the dark for more than five hours.On Thursday, officials say a bad underground circuit caused the outage and that the hospital had fixed the damaged wire.
