Power Packed Pintos

The Hickman-Jeff City matchup wasn’t the only one in week six of the high school season featuring undefeated teams. Blair Oaks, a team that has been in this position many times before under Brad Drehle, met California — a team that has not — Friday night and it was the Pintos that left the game still unblemished. California jumped out to a quick 10-0 lead in the first quarter thanks to a 30-yard TD run by Seth Fairchild and a suffocating defense that made life miserable for Falcons QB, Daniel Castillo.Next week, the Pintos look to move to 7-0 against Osage.
