New Mall Owners Speak Out
As ABC 17 News reported earlier this week, F&F Development has purchased Jefferson City’s Capital Mall from General Growth Properties..The owners, Mike and Kirk Farmer, are part of F&F Development and explained what general ideas they have in mind for the property.”We are excited about this opportunity to bring good changes to the mall,” partial owner Mike Farmer said. “We know we want to keep the programs shoppers enjoy and look for new reasons to get shoppers to visit, like new stores.”According to Farmer, the development company is working with Covington Realty Partners because the company has the operational experience necessary.According to Farmer, changes to the mall will not happen for at least a year.
