Murder Trial Pushed Back
A Mid-Missouri murder trial won’t happen for at least another year.Liz Van Note was in court Monday. Her trial was set to start next week, but the judge pushed it back to November.Van Note is still free on bond.She’s accused of killing her father, forging documents to take him off life support with the help of another couple. Prosecutors say the cases for that couple won’t likely start until after Van Note’s trial.
